If your order has been charged but you haven't received a confirmation email, don't worry, your order has been processed successfully.

- If your order hasn't shipped yet, no problem. You can cancel it and we'll refund the full amount.
- If your order has already shipped, it can't be canceled; you must return it.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Returned products must be in perfect condition and unused.
If a returned product does not meet any of these conditions, Jacome reserves the right to issue a partial refund of the product amount.

If the reason for the exchange or return is because you are not satisfied with the products or want to exchange the size, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the reason for the exchange or return is due to a product defect, you must contact us the same day you receive the order at info@jacomejewelry.com. Our team will evaluate your case and offer you a solution.
Once we have received the products and checked their condition, if they are in perfect condition:
- You will receive a refund within 1-4 days using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
- In the case of exchanges, the new shipment of the exchanged products will be processed the following day.
